9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled and shipped from independent third-party fulfillment facilities located in the United States.

Our current standard shipping terms are:

• Order cut-off time: 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Processing days: Monday–Friday
• Transit time: 3–4 business days
• Transit days: Monday–Friday
• Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 business days
• Orders of $200 USD or more: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $200 USD: $10 USD flat-rate shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

10. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

zwhitelow currently does not offer direct exchanges.
